Welcome to Antilog. These Terms govern your use of our cybersecurity scanning platform. By using Antilog, you agree to these strictly enforced conditions.
1. CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Educational & Audit Purpose Only
Antilog is a cybersecurity scanning tool provided STRICTLY for:
Educational Purposes: To learn about digital footprinting and OSINT techniques.
Authorized Security Auditing: To assess the security posture of systems YOU OWN or have WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION to test.
ANY OTHER USE IS PROHIBITED. Antilog is NOT a tool for hacking, cyber-stalking, doxxing, or unauthorized surveillance.
2. User Responsibility & Liability (Abuse Policy)
You are solely responsible for your actions.
Liability: You expressly agree that Antilog and its developers are NOT responsible for any damage, legal action, or consequences resulting from your use of this tool.
Indemnification: If you use Antilog to scan targets without permission, and this results in a lawsuit, fine, or investigation, you agree to indemnify and hold Antilog harmless for all costs and damages.
Prohibited Acts: You must not use this Service to violate any laws, including but not limited to the GDPR, CCPA, CFAA (USA), or Computer Misuse Act (UK).
3. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
We respect user privacy and minimize data collection.
3.1. Data Collection & Logging
Search Logs: We do NOT maintain permanent logs of specific search queries linked to user identities for surveillance purposes.
Ephemeral Processing: Scan data is processed in real-time. Results are cached briefly for performance (using local browser storage where possible) and then discarded from our servers.
No "Doxxing": This tool aggregates publicly available information. We do not hack private databases.
3.2. Third-Party Processors
To provide comprehensive reports, Antilog queries public third-party APIs (e.g., Shodan, Whois, Google DNS).
Data Sharing: By initiating a scan, you acknowledge that the target domain/IP will be sent to these third-party services to retrieve data.
GDPR Notice: If scanning a domain involves processing personal data (e.g., a personal blog), you act as the "Data Controller" and are responsible for having a lawful basis (Title/Consent) for that processing.
4. Grant of License
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use Antilog for personal, educational, or professional security auditing. We reserve the right to ban any IP address or user account suspected of abuse, botting, or scanning sensitive government/military infrastructure without authorization.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")
The Service is provided "as is".
Accuracy: innovative OSINT techniques may produce false positives. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
Safety: We are not liable if a scan triggers an IDS (Intrusion Detection System) or causes a temporary service outage on the target.
6. Intellectual Property
The Antilog interface, scanning logic, and brand are the property of Antilog SecOps. You may not clone, resell, or white-label this service without a commercial license.
By clicking "I Agree" or using the search bar, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.
